OK, so yesterday morning, I got a transmission flush before work, when I finished the gas up that was in my tank, I was shocked to notice my light come on at 350 km, usually it will come on after 500km. I know it is winter, and cool etc, but that is crazy talk... Could the transmission flush hurt mileage? Or is it time to drop some new plugs, air filters, battery?!?...

Any ideas? Thanks yall.

Did you change your drive at all? More short trips? Who knows, maybe you just got a tank of bad gas. I wouldn't jump the gun and start replacing things just based on that. How many miles does the car have on it?

did you drive 350km immediately after the transmission flush? Either way, Matic S is superior to J. Lower operating viscosity, better temp properties, its better in every way, if anything you should get an extra 20km from your tank. User error. PEBDAS.

PEDAS - LOL

transmission flush isn't gonna hurt your fuel mileage...although its always a good idea to double check fluid level and make sure its right. Last thing you want is to have to replace your transmission due to someone not filling it properly.

True, going for an hour drive to test tomorrow. Got a full tank so I'll test my mileage.

No, it was lots of city driving, so I may be getting a bit ahead of myself. they used 20L of Jmatic, so I should go with the S next time around. thanks Pozy.

I see my mpg going down after 2 tanks of pure city driving. Doesn't really bother me. But when I go out of the town and come back it is good for awhile again.

Maybe your ECU and TCU was just learning.

Well, after weekend driving got around 22mpg mixed, I did drive easy for the most part lol. It was looking worse, but I will be changing the rest of the fluids and checking the plugs, air filter etc for the spring.
