94 q45t.... ok , the plenum is off , and im staring into the valley of death , what should i replace now that the motor is in this state . and where the hell are the knock sensors . i need all the advice from experienced q45er's i can get

help me please ...

Be sure to replace the KS wiring subharness with the sensors. Other than that, everything rubber under there should be replaced to avoid having to feel this pain again in the near future.
