Hello All!

I'm new to the NICOclub family but a Nissan fan all my life. I recently (and finally) bought myself a Z32! I've been trying to figure out what wheels are on though and i haven't had any luck. Maybe somebody on here can help me out. All i know is that they are from japan. Here is a shot of the front and they are 17's if that helps

Any help or clues is greatly appreciated.

Welcome aboard!

We're gonna need to see the whole wheel. The center cap won't help much, as different manufacturers slapped all manner of caps onto other wheels to "brand" them as something different.

I'm gonna agree - Borbet with some replacement caps from another wheel...

Those caps didn't come up in ANY search I conducted, but they're pretty cool.

There are numbers and lettering shown on the inside - maybe a close-up of those (or a search for those) would be useful?

Also, it looks like one of the wheel "ribs" is cracked across in one location (see image from the back)? Or is that dirt or ...? Might want to check that ... could be unsafe!

@AZhitman Indeed the caps do look nice.

@szh the stamps are JWL/made in Japan/offset38/P.C.D114.3/2|2 F1 5 <--- I have no idea what that last one means and I got nothing wheel related in my search for it. and that "crack" isn't a crack...it's more like a surface cut, if that makes sense, not deep enough to affect safety :bigthumb:

Interesting ...

For people who wanna know, the "JWL" is a self-certification mark that makes the wheel good to sell in Japan. The "P.C.D114.3" means 114.3mm bolt spacing diameter - which is what we need for our Nissan cars (it is the diameter of a circle measure through the bolt holes). Offset of 38mm is pretty clear.

But, like you, I do not know what the "2|2 F1 5" means ...

It is good that the crack is not a full break through that rib! :yesnod :dblthumb:

I suspect the rest of the info has to do with pad height (thickness of the mounting pad - certain wheels have a high pad, low pad, or somewhere in between). The rest is likely a date code or internal designation for the manufacturer.
