help me identify these injectors!

These injectors came with my redtop SR20DET. I know these aren't stock s13 SR injectors. I have never seen these before so hopefully somebody here recognizes them.

I might be able to help if you actually took them out of the rail! I can't tell from just the color. Best thing to do is get them flow tested - they could probably use a cleaning anyway. What else is non-stock on the car?

i'll probably see if i can get pictures of them off the rail.i got a motorset from Osaka and it came with an HKS GT2530 turbo and OS Giken twin plate clutch...

NICE!!!!what about the ECU, make sure he included the actual ECU taht came with that particular clip, otherwise it won't be programmed to run those injectors. Also, what MAF did you get?

oh, i forgot to mention that the motor's been in the car since April...lol, i just haven't put much thought into what i already have since the motor started right up at the first try and has been running great ever since. But now i plan on tuning the car soon so i can max out the turbo..:D ..and i'm currently running a SOHC mafs...but i plan on upgrading to the Z32 soon

i couldn't get get the injectors out of the rail and i didn't want to damage them but here's another picture: and here's a picture of the ECU:

Hrmmm, interesting. Did it come with the SOHC MAF? Those injectors are OEM style (high impedence sidefeed) Definately not 370cc. I don't know what size the grey/white ones are.

Your ECU is modified. The little circuit board on the lower left of the picture with the 2 eprom chips on it is a daughterboard. It is probably tuned for your HKS turbo and whatever size injectors those are. I doubt you are supposed to be running the SOHC MAF. Do you run rich or lean? What do your plugs look like? And where does that brown and white wire go?

it actually did come with a stock SR MAF but it was workin for only a few weeks so i had to replace it. I'm pretty sure it's running rich and the plugs are BLACK, if i was to put new plugs in, they'll be black by the end of the day...and i have no idea where that brown and white wire go to but it leads to a switch on the daughterboard that says "NORMAL/SWI"

Hmm... My swap came with a chipped ECU, stock MAFS, and it was obvious it had a different turbo on it at one time but that someone on either the shippers end or, the guys I got it from removed said turbo and put a stock T25 on.

My injectors aren't purple like everyone elses seem to be, they're a grayish color and they are marked JECS with the numbers 2e50 and 2602 under the injector cover.

goldtl - have you tried flipping that switch on your ecu? The normal program probably isn't tuned for those injectors. You might fix your rich condition if you switch programs. But you also might blow up your engine if it isn't tuned for the stock MAF. It's good and bad to get a modded clip.

The only way (I know of)to REALLY see what your chip is programed for is to buy PLMS datalogging system. It is cheap ~$100 and can read the rom off of those chips. Mine is on order right now!

no, i haven't tried switching modes yet. When i opened up the ecu, it was set on SWI. i'll probably try switching modes to see if it changes anything. and where can i get my hands on a PLMS datalogging system?
