you got the first 2 right, its ps reservoir, the second is AC pump, and the third looks to be some sort of ghetto aftermarket switch or something someone mounted there.

It's a funhole. Jam your finger in there when you're bored. Stuck in traffic. Or just need something to do while driving. I have one on my column and it makes those long drives alot more manageable.

Some ******* drilled a hole in my car!!!!!

So since I dont have power steering and dont really feel the need for it...I can remove of that fluid reservoir and all attatched to it correct?

And since I dont have a condensor for my AC and dont plan on getting one since I live in cold Oregon, I can remove of that compressor and all attatched to it?

You can go ahead and remove that PS reservoir, but when you remove the lines you need to keep some fluid in the rack and be sure to cap that off. You need to keep that fluid in there so that your rack has some lubrication so you don't completely bone it. After that should work like a charm. I know because that's exactly what I did to my car.

cruise control arm?

ive never seen anything like that in any s13.

and running the stock rack without the power steering system will seriously screw it up, even if you cap it off with fluid still in it.

That would be for an aftermarket cruise...... I've installed hundreds and that's the exact size hole and markings left over if you were to take the arm off.

That's quite the crappy location for it though. Must of been a rookie install.

Thanks to whatever idiot drilled the hole there. Jeez.

When it stops snowing, Ill go yank that **** outta there then since I dont need it.

Do I absolutely have to make sure that I leave some fluid in the rack?

If you remove all you P/S stuff, your rack WILL degrade to the point where it is no longer functional. Racks are easy enough to replace if you know what you're doing. I personally would tell you to fix the P/s stuff instead of making it inoperable. P/S is a good thing to have in many instances.
