Well I'm giving my coupe about a week before it blows a hg, and seeing as I have no other way to work, yes I do need another car right now. Insurance company's very rarely start policy's with minor's as we tend to not make enough to support an insurance bill every month, State Farm won't even consider it until I can prove I'm self sufficient.
Believe me, I live with that sad fact of life everyday... But I honestly don't think she see's the situation I'm in. Would you rather have a lightly modded 20 year old car without airbags that runs fine, or a 20 year old car without airbags that is about to rollover?

but if she's ok with you having a car that is MISSING airbags compared to a car that never had them,
it's the same ish.
most parents are like that.
is there something wrong with your coupe that makes you not want it?
if it's your car and your money,
go buy that car and sell your coupe.
She's defiantly like that..
It has a leaking hg, has $2,500 worth of body damage on driver side, need's an alignment, and there's something up with the suspension not sure what though..
If only it were that easy, numbnuts is right, I can't get a car without her signature and approval.
