help me fix my headlights :(

seems every search nobody has this problem.. theirs goes up or doesnt go up. my problem is the passenger one goes up, but down. the driver headlight one's stay in that sleepy position in the video. and doesnt go all the way down. i have to manually crank it all the way down.(same with both headlights) and then it goes up then back to sleepy eye. also once i push the button to activate the motors, they will not activate anymore.

once the headlights go up when you press the button to make them go down, they wont go down or even do anything. can you guys help me figure this out. thanks!!
