I have a Ka24de with 90xxx miles.

Current Parts I have:

T25 Turbo

Bottom Mount Turbo Manifold

Megan Racing Turbo Elbow and Flex Downpipe

JGS T25/T28 oil line kit

SPEC Stage 3+ Clutch

Deatsch werks 550cc injectors

Megan Racing Boost and Oil Pressure Gauges.

Felpro Full engine gasket set.

I think there more but I can't think right now..

I know I need:

z32 mafFMICTuneExhaustBOVturbo coolant lines

What else am I missing?

Also what should I tune with? I plan on upgrading the T25 down the road.

I was thinking JWT?

And what plugs should I run on this car turbo'd?

Thank you.

I'm just gonna warn you now, you're about to get a bunch of "Use the fcking search!" "We've covered this a million times!" "Why doesn't anyone ever search!" etc etc replies.

But it looks like you've done a bit of searching already, I will say though that the part numbers for sparks plugs to use are pretty easy to find, even if you just go down to the local parts house and ask for stock plug and then tell them one or two heat ranges colder, if the guy knows anything he'll get you the right plugs. Tuning is covered a lot on here, search for things like: SAFC, JWT, Enthalpy, Emanage etc, you'll find some good info.

as far as what you're missing, looks like you got it covered, always expect to have little miscellaneous detail type stuff that you didn't expect, thats just the way it goes. Was wondering why you have a full gasket kit? You planning to rebuild? If so, I'd go with some nice forged internals/bearings/studs, all of which has been covered in detail on here, shouldn't be a hard search.

You may want to look at this project by sections like I did, and it will become more clear: (anyone is welcome to edit this, you might laugh at what I named the sections). I hope I don't confuse you because everyone is different when it comes to planning things.

Section 1: Turbo side assembly

- Turbo- Manifold- Wastegate

Section 2: Air Handling

- Intercooler (front mount or side mount)- Intercooler Piping (corresponding to what type of I/C you chose)- Silicone couplers (usually come with the piping if you buy the kit)- Blow Off Valve (and it's corresponding flanged pipe)- A lot of clamps (also, usually come with the kit)- Miata battery or relocation kit (if you use the front mount intercooler)- Cut your bumper and bumper cover in order to fit the Front Mount InterCooler

Section 3: Fuel, timing and Spark

- Walbro fuel pump- Fuel pump O-ring (buy at Nissan dealer, they call it fuel pump packing)

choose only one of the following (I'm quoting abc123 on this):- 8:1 FMU + 4 deg timing retard(simple, cheap and safe at low boost)- Injectors + SAFCII + dyno tuning + be very careful (almost as expensive as next choice)- Injectors + ECU tune (JWT or Enthalpy of EFI specialist) - best and safest choice. Most members with high HP numbers are using this options.- Colder spark plugs (part number BKR7E)optional:

- Bigger fuel filter (from z32 300zx)- FPR w/gauge- SAFC for fine tuning

Section 5: Exhaust

- if you choose:

*Top mount turbo setup: - downpipe - j-pipe w/flex pipe (to prevent cracking) - some sort of cat back

*Bottom mount turbo setup (t25) - Turbo elbow - j-pipe w/flex pipe (to prevent cracking) - some sort of cat back

- proper re-routing of wastegate's gases into exhaust- Heat wrap manifold- Heat wrap down pipe (for top mount setup)- some sort of thermal isolation for master brake cylinder (top mount setup)

optional: - turbo blanket (for top mount setup)

Section 5: cooling and lubrication

- remove your oil pan and weld a bong (there are threads on how to do this)- Oil line w/ restrictor (find out if your specific turbo requires it)- Oil return line that connects to your oil pan- Coolant lines

Section 7: Vacuum lines and monitoring

- vacuum line for wastegate (usually taken from turbo's compressor housing)- T-fittings for Brake booster line, where you can get the vac-boost signal for: - FMU - boost gauge - BOV - Boost gauge

Optional (and required if you are boosting more than 7psi)

- Wideband O2 sensor and gauge- boost controller- Oil pressure gauge- Any other gauges you feel are important- turbo timer, if you don't like sitting a minute or two on the car before shutting it down

Section 6: Drivetrain

- Stage 2 or higher clutches (read up a little bit on the brands, so that you are happy with your buy)

optional:

- light flywheel (read on the side-effect of this)

I'm sure there are other sections that can be added, like engine build, etc. these are just from my project that I started on dec 08. My project is very simple and basic. If something I mentioned loses you, then you should search about it more until you are comfortable with it, then start the project. I think I found pictures for almost everything involved in my project when I was researching. That's whats awesome about this forum.

Good luck with your project. Gotta run...
