You are running a GT35r and 740cc injectors on a SAFC? Wow. I can honestly say I have never heard of that before. You don't NEED to get rid of the MAF. There are other options out there like what I did (see sig) or a lightening MAF. Any 0-5v maf will work as long as you get the right range of air flow measuring capabilities. That being said, I wish I was MAP. You could always rewire for a RB26 D-jetro power FC. Also, I know a lot of guys on here use AEM. The aussie's also have a new stand alone out. Just poke around on skylinesaustralia.com but don't tell them you have a rb25 making more than 500hp or they'll s*** bricks.

AEM or PFC are probably your best bets. I'm probably going PFC for my Z project. Decent price and pretty easy to work with. I've talked to people that had problems with the AEM.

get one of those if you use a cobra or lightning maf, and it has to be on the straightest and longest part of your intercooler piping, after the turbo either hot or cold side and away from a blow off valve, and at least 10 inches away from the throttle body. The straight part of the intercooler piping is extremely important because of air turbulence causing an incorrect reading on the sensor.

Thanks Jo--remember though, I wish I would have gone MAP. The idle is a little flakey do to turbulence, but WOT is good. We welded a 2.5" pipe inside the bigger 4" pipe around the MAF element and that seemed to help some. One word of the blow thru, I've heard you should buy the blow thru specific ones, and not use the normal MAF's in that application. Plenty of people do it with out a problem though.

i to would like to run a map sensor. i beleive u can do so with the greddy emu since you have gotten so much out of the neo. What about running twin maf. i always like the way they look on the 26.
