Dude you have to go with black, cause I read on some site that black wheels attract the sun in turn making them hot which transmits into kinetic energy resulting in increased wheels speed. Just Kidding but seriously chrome doesn't do anything for me, so I'd go with the black rim.

Black wheels will definitely show the salt residue after the snow melts if nothing else. Also, black wheels always seem to be the "winter" wheel color becuase who wants to mess up a nice machine or chrome finish wheel in the winter.

Just go with the black ones.

hey they had both of those at the wheel shop i just went to. the 16's sell for $100 each not a bad deal! i was tempted!!
