Whoa tell them to shove 5 grand up their @ss

Do you have a criminal history? Previous speeding tickets, red lights, dui, accidents, others in your household with issues?

You shouldnt pay more that 2500-3000.

Here...give this a glance

We were just talking about what everyone pays. High looked about 1000-1500 for 6 months (outside of Canada...they get raped for insurance)

Lowest was sub 400$

I would suggest getting your car added onto your parents, not stand alone. If not parents at least SOMEONE over 25. (Aunt/Uncle...Grandpa?)

If that doesn't work...for 4k a year I will add you to my insurance and pay it for you haha

Yeah dude the best thing to do and many people hate doing it because it's "time consuming" is talking to different agent directly. Call Allstate, State Farm, Century 21, Mercury, ect and ask for a quote. That way you can tell them all the details and get discounts. Good Student and all the good stuff. I'm 22 years old with no points on my record have 2 cars insured for the MAX because I'm a home owner and pay only $3205.20 a year. I have to look around to see if I find a better price which I'm certain I will do. Like many have said throw up that and look elsewhere. Good Luck bro.

What are you asking for? A 5$ deductable?

You have no tickets...no Ju-V time...nothing like that?

If you are getting typical coverages...nothing out ragious...and have a clean record, it should NOT be over $3000 for the year!

Your from Brooklyn and you;ve never heard of Coxsackie. You must not knwo any criminals then. Coxsackie is one of those small towns in upstate new york where prisons are built to house the criminals when they leave rikers island.

I agree. I'm in Nova Scotia, I pay about $1067 a year. That includes theft, full collision, 1 million dollar liability and so on. I'm 24, had my license since I was 16. No accidents, no tickets. Have owned 4 other cars (89 corolla, 91 Stanza, 92 Stanza, 97 Neon). I'm paying a cheaper rate on the Altima Coupe than I was on ANY of those other cars. All were above $1500 a year.

I didn't say everyone was, I said that was the highest anyone was paying.

And yes...you guys pay a ton. I pay about $1100 a year, with 2 speeding tickets ...if I didn't have those it would be about $900.

My cousin lives in the bronx, he is 21 and just bought a si civic and his insurace came out to be 400 a month (4800 a year). He said it was the best he could fine... NY prices are rediculous.
