I'd test continuity between the connectors and the back of the ECU if you're already replaced parts. You have a 21 year old car full of brittle old rubber and plastic connectors, you're going to need to get used to doing some light electrical work, or your car could be spending a lot of time at the shop.
Going on ebay and getting a $30 Consult to USB adapter, and using it with a free program like ECUTalk also helps with this as it not only allows you to pull codes, but gives you all of the sensor readings, which makes it really easy to see what the ECU is reading.
Also, add 93 N/A to your car description in your profile so we know in the future.
