My remote doesn't want to start my car without being in the key fob since security is on. When it's inserted in the slot it starts fine. How do I reset/fix that?

Why did you make another thread after creating one earlier in the day (with a non-descriptive title)?

I'm all for welcoming the new guy...but please use better reasoning. And have some patience. There are many people on this forum and your question will get a look at eventually, no need for two threads about the same issue.
