Help lost my keys for my 99 infiniti q45

heeeeeeelp i lost my keys for my 99 infiniti q45 and the doors dont match the ignition?????what the hell do i do?????

Since it has a transponder chip, you need to go to a dealer in person with proof you own the car.

There are places on the web you can buy the keys, but at the end of the day you need the dealership to sych up the keys to the car....so see if you can cut youself a deal, cause a spare key only gets you into the car but will never start it.
