OK, here is the deal...

After waiting 7 weeks for my front clip to come in from a vendor I do not want to name at this time, I found out it is not going to happen. Most of the "good" places have a 4-6 week wait. I need a motorset now. I am going the standalone ECU route so I don't even need a harness or ECU. I don't need stock IC or radiator cause I have already installed my Blitz FMIC and a 2 row aluminim radiator. Basically KA is pulled and everything is ready for the swap.

Where can I find a GOOD SR withOUT all the extras. I have found stock at A1-JDM engines and Osaka - Nippon says they will have one next week. These places are about $1500 plus shipping cause they have cut harness and sometimes no ECU.

Are any of these places any good? Any other places that I may be able to find an in-stock engine/transmission?

btw - I tried the big red button

thanks!

heavy throttle might still have some clips in stock, if no you might as well put a down payment somewhere, cause no body has em in stock (actually phase2motortrend.com might still have some).

http://www.noyanusa.com they come with a good reputation from my friend who bought a galant VR4 engine from them. I have been to their wharehouse and they have a pile of s13 redtops without wire harness, ecu, etc... Just engine and transmission for like $900 I believe. Plus for $150 my friend got his shipped from VA to upstate NY overnight, so shipping to Georgia should only be a day or two. A guy there named Mark is very helpful, if you give them a call.

http://jarcoinc.com/ is one company that i have heard good things from. i got my clip from Augusta Customs.. 2fastparts.com.. i know jay personally, but i have read of others having issues with his service so i am not to sure if i would recomend him. My clip was ok.. had a busted radiator and fan shroud but everything else was great and the motor runs like a dream.. but that was just my experience.. and plus i was able to just go down to his shop and inspected mines b4 i purchased it . but he usually has a clip or motorset in stock.
