help knocking noise on top

i got a 91 q45 i made a mistake and put mid grade gas in the car and now i have this tapping noise that sounds like its coming from the top but the car still drives good i got up to 100 with no problem i only hear that sound when i press the gas when the car is just running it will stop i changed the oil and it did not stop is it the fuel injectors i need help or is it my head bad or a bad valve please help.

Have you tried draining the tank and putting in premium with an additive?

Also have you checked the ECU to see if its throwing a code?
