Help Ka24e to da24de swap

First of all i searched through 3 pages of results and none of them have what i am looking for.

I have a 89 fastback. I just found a 93 coupe with a HUD and the ka24de. The body is shot and it has 223,000 miles on it. The guy says it needs a new motor. I plan on taking the motor and trans and rebuilding the engine. I am going to buy the car for 300$ and gut what i need then give it to the junk yard. Can any one find a thread with a step by step swap. I know i need the P/S lines, Harness, ECU, and a new cluster. I found a thread about 6 months ago and then deleted it from my favorites because i decided i wansn't going to do the swap. Well i changed my mind after i found this car. It is just too hard to find performance parts for the ka24e motor. While the parts for the ka24de are all over the place.
