I swapped out the old engine my vert for a new one. I also did a 5spd swap. It won't turn over. Theres no "click click click", it's just nothing. When I take the key out, I get this vibriation from a relay on the passenger side fuse box. What does this mean? I don't think that its the problem because I stuck one in from my hatch and it still wouldn't start.

Also, Could my car not start if the speed sensor is not hooked up? Found these wires cut for some reason and believe they are to the speed sensor.

PLEASE HELP .I WANT TO DRIVE THIS BEAST ALREADY!

Check ground to the starter, I recently reinstalled a KA in my S13 and realized my block wasn't grounded. Get a jumper cable and hook one end to a bell housing bolt on the starter and the other to ground for a quick test.

Did you change out the ECU also? I think they're both different. Also if it was an auto there should be an auto switch you have to jumper. Anyone else let me know if I'm thinking stupid. I might be confusing manufactuers(sic) (Honda).
