help just got new motor working lacks power

Ok i just got a kade bottom end from a guy that was freshly rebuilt by like napa i put one of my low milage heads on it only 65k original i lined ever mark up on the timing chains lower and upper it fired right up except when i put the timing light on it its not even in the marks and when i put it 20 deg tdc it runs like crap and if i put it out of the marks it runs better but just fells like it lacks power to any other ka even single cams i tired messing with the dizzy some more but nothing let me no what u think

sounds like the dizzy is off a tooth. remove and reinstall it. i believe it needs to be installed while the motor is at 20deg and the dizzy points to the no1 but check the fsm cause im not looking at it right now so im not sure.

ya thats not wat it says in the fsm i tried messing with it again and got the nothing
