HElp! just bought s14 ac problem

the car was blowing fine and about 15 minutes into driving, the blower at position number 4 starts blowing really low air flow like it is at number 1 position.

now the blower does not blow at all. when i switch the a/c switch the green light comes on but no blower noise.

would this be the resistor pack???
