What is your front/rear speaker and headunit setup?

You have to answer simmsled's questions for an accurate response, but I'm going to take a shot and say that you have a wire that the insulation has been stripped off. When you break it's swinging/moving and grounding out.

Like poormanQ45 said, could be a loose wire touching somewhere. I would check the ground wire at the head unit. The unit will still work and pass low level (rca) output when the ground wire comes off but not pass high level (onboard amp) power because it draws much more power than low level (rca) output. Make sure that the ground off of your pioneer deck is grounded TO THE METAL OF THE CAR and not to the wire harness. The factory ground in the wire harness is not good. check that and get back to us!

I added a voltage stablizer yesterday and now the problem is fixed...Thanx guys for your help..but i dont understand that just adding a voltage stablizer stopped the problem without me messing with the head unit?

The internal amplifier may have "seen" a voltage drop and gone into protection.
