is it ok to mount your front mount right in front of your rad. i mean the intercooler is an inch away from the rad. will this not give enough flow for the rad. my rad is 23 by 11 by 3.

I had the same concern, but air flows all the way through the intercooler, I mean of course its going to block a good portion of the air going to the radiator so its always a good idea to run way more radiator than you need... more so in hot climates. I run a huge Fluidyne, and it keeps it at a nice 70-80C, on rare occasion in 100+ degree heat, it will go up to 85C

It's ok, but upgrading your radiator is recommended.

How is your driving habbits and boost level?Im at 10Lbs and my right foot is very heavy... I have the tickets to prove it. I used to live in San Antonio and on a good hot summer day with all the humidity it would amaze me if my current setup wouldnt blow itself up. I wouldnt do much more than stock boost with a stock radiator. I mean, Im sure you can but why would you want to take the chance. Prove me wrong, go out in 110degree heat and run the crap out of it with boost at like 20Lbs, then let me know how it turns out.

the most boost im going to run is 12 and that only at the track and i will drive it hard but not for extended periods of time. so do you think at 12 pounds a stock rad will be fine

It can, but it's pushing it. Best bet is to just upgrade the radiator if you're going to be running that much boost. And you better have already upgraded the fuel pump or you're going to end up with melted pistons.
