HElp- Intelligent Key question

So I used the ABOSULTE WORST dealer ever. MY car has 770 miles on and has spent over 9 hours in dealer service department. Among other issues, delaer only had one intelligent key for me when i picked up my car. They finally got second key in, i noticed last night that each key is different. One has three buttons (lock/unlock/alarm and the other has four lock/unlock/hold/alarm

I think the three button one was the first one I got, just wanted confirmation from a few pople if they had three of four button keys so when I call them I can make sure I have info correct

Also anyone purchase an sl and ask dealer to get mud flaps for them. My delaer is having so many problems with this item its insane, he ordered the wrong ones, he told me the sl does not get flaps (but showroom has sl with flaps) THanks guys!

Our SL came with two iKeys. Each one has three buttons (lock, unlock & panic). Also, our car came with the mud guards already on it. Sorry your having so many problems with the dealer.

The "Hold" is for the trunk on a sedan.

Do you have the "Sport Package"? If so the mud guards will not fit because of the extended side sills that come with the "Sport Package".

I had a problem with ordering a part but it all came down to the service rep not doing his job. The metal looking cover on the front passenger arm rest was spotted up when I took delivery of the car. The were suppose to order it. I kept checking with them. Finally last week I ask the guy that runs the parts department if my part had come in. He asked me my last name and found out it hadn't been ordered. He ordered it and it only took 4 days to get the part.

I confronted the service rep and he blamed it on a guy that had been let go from the parts department. Typical passing the buck.

if you're having problems with the dealer, get names and call nissan customer support when done to complain.

I cant tell you much about the keys since i dont have those features,But my S model came with mud flaps already on.

So are the Versas with Intelligent Key supposed to come with one fob or two? I plan on buying the SL with the convenience package, so it would be nice to know so I can make sure I get what I'm paying for.

They are supposed to come with two.

Yes they come with two and be extra careful with them as they cost around $200 each if you loose one.
