Help installing TV in i30! Need help getting panel off where tweeter is located

I am installing a sun visor lcd and am almost finish except for running the wire down the side pillar. Do anyone know how to take of that side pillar strip where the front tweeter is embedded into? I just dont want to break or snap anything. Any help would be great guys.Thanks
