Help! Installing Tananbe Coilovers on S13

I'm trying to install my Tanabe Sustec Pro S-OC Type 1 coilovers. This model comes with helper springs. You cannot adjust dampening on these coilovers. The stock upper mount is used so no pillowball mounts. My problem is I dont know how much to tighten the nut that attaches the stock upper mount to the coilover. I can't tighten it to the factory torque settings without fulling compressing the helper spring which doesnt seem right. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is the coilover, the smaller red spring is the helper spring.
