Help installing cams

Hey guys i am getting ready to install my head and cams and i was just wondering if there is a write up or if anyone has suggestions. This will be my first time installing the head and the cams so i dont know how confident i will be during it. If anyone has any words of wisdom i am willing to listen.

NVM here it is...good luck! I also recommend getting a 240sx hand book at the libary to guide you through the removing/installing the head...Good luck

P.S. Get a realiable torque wrench!

yeah i have the manual and i have to pick up a torque wrench this week. Thanks for the link

Lube the hell out of the cams and towers. I knew a guy who broke a set of Tomei cams because they seized in his engine right after he installed them.
