Help, install of my Ca18det

Well I just dropped the motor/5 speed transmission set into my s13 and am now connecting various things to get it to run and drive.My S13 was originally and auto but I am converting it tothe 5 speed motor set. What all do I need to hook up to get it to run? I'm not sure where any of this **** goes..... So far i have most of the wiring done, the 2 fuel lines to the fuel filter done, and the throttle cable done. What else is there to do non elecrtical wise to get it to run and drive?

if you have finished fuel, electrical and throttle, you still need to connect *vacuum (brake booster, fpr, butterfly, boost gauge if you have, and wastegate if you havent done most of these already)*coolant (heater hoses to the core lines on firewall and two radiator hoses*lower harness to transmission alternator and starter and connect to fuse link box

if you havent installed your clutch pedal, master or slave cylinders yet and run the hardlines you need to get on that as well

what about all of the lines to the turbo, or coming off of the turbo?

By lines to and from the turbo do you mean the vacuum, oil and water lines. Or do you mean the hot/pipe and suction pipe? AFAIK you can block the coolant lines unless there already hooked up then leave them. you can pull the vac. for the wastegate from the compressor housing nipple.

I have no idea what any of that means....i took off my turbo to clean it when I had the motor out of the car, and now that the motor is back in the car I'm having trouble finding out where stuff goes. I really need diagrams, or pictures of the stock stuff....i'm really confused... especially about this one metal line tat comes from behind the valve cover and has a round tip on it with a hole threw it.... I dunno...anyone with pictures or anyone that can draw me a diagram?!!!
