Call Enjuku first. They might not do that kind of stuff anymore. I wanted them to do some work over the summer and they said they didn't have the space and were under-staffed. I don't know if that's changed since then. If they can do that stuff now, they are really great guys.
I'm not sure what other shops you checked out, but I might be able to tell you if they're any good or not. There are a couple good shops around the area, but I don't want to give you any wrong information. I'd try going to orlandoforums or floridadrift and ask there. The guys there are pretty helpful and you might even get someone to help you for some beer (or at least cheaper than a shop would charge). There's a guy on there by the name of "nismo1182" (Kevin) and he's a really cool guy and knows his stuff. He does SR swaps for fun. Most of the guys are mechanical engineers so they won't steer you in the wrong direction. Also if they still have the OF 240 meets, that's a good way to meet the local 240 guys. Good luck.
Btw, I used to live on Goldenrod off Aloma across from Enjuku, so I'm not talking out of my butt.
