Can somebody please help me identify what these harnesses / plugs are for? Also, what would be the best way to connect the fuel line that's rigged in the last picture?

This is under the steering wheel. This looks like it should plug in next to the VSC button, but there is no button for it. The spot that should have a button for it, is a blank.

This is under the passenger side dash board. Im trying to identify the connector thats taped off. Airbag?

Lastly, this looks like it goes to the starter. However, about mid way through the harness, there appears to be a retainer or bracket that is supposed to be attached to something. Can anybody help me out and tell me what its suppose to be attached to? Also, the fuel line is super ghetto rigged. How can I properly attach it?

Thanks for all the help!

First pic appears to be under dash above the driver's left knee, the cable would be for the hood release, one of those connectors would be for the fuel door release button and one would be for the vsc button if equipped. The taped off connector might be factory taped off, there are sometimes connectors used for testing in manufacturing or are for different markets, different options etc. The fuel hose you'll have to replace, it's a one piece that goes for the hard line to the fpr. I'll try to remember to look at my engine later to see what harnesses attach to that bracket.

In the first picture, the fuel door release button harness is not pictured. So I have a total of 3 harness to plug in. One for the fuel door, one for the VSC button, and the third that wasnt plugged into anything. Could it be possible that the third harness plug should be plugged into something?

So next to the VSC button would eb the power top button for the convertible model so one of the plugs would likely be for that if your car were a convertible. The bracket in your engine bay should be attached to the main wire loom right next to is as well as the alternator harness and a ground wire that goes form the inner fender to the timing cover.
