So my car is throwing a lean code, p0174, I found a vacuum hose that is collapsed and seems to have over heated. It is between the firewall and engine, more towards the passenger side.

Was hoping someone could tell me what it is so I can get the correct part. In those pictures it is the hose on the right side.

I realized I never actually said what can this is. It's on a 2017 qx60 I believe the vq35dd.

Your pics aren't very clear, try backing out a bit and using a flash. But if it's the J hose connecting the intake plenum to the rear valve cover, replace it quick because it's big trouble. That's the main PCV hose, and we've found collapsed ones responsible for several "mystery sludge" cases where Pathfinder and Murano engines blew up with sludge in the cranks despite good maintenance.

I'm sorry apparently the zoomed out picture was too large.

I'm planning on did ng it immediately just wanting to make sure I get the right hose to do it

Edit: these are all pictures with flash. It's a tight spot to get pictures of.

That's on the firewall, so it can't be the PCV hose. I just took a look at an R52 Pathy and I don't see anything that corresponds, so it must be something specific to the QX. I don't have any of those to look at (this is a Nissan dealership) and I couldn't find a global vacuum routing diagram in the FSM (most of the new FSM's don't offer one). If you can trace where it goes so as to identify what subsystem it's for, maybe I can locate it.

I believe it's the pcv breather hose. Looks to be in the right spot and the right shape and length, based on this diagram I found on z1.

That's the J-hose which causes all the issues on Pathies and Muranos. If it was collapsed, change your oil immediately and take a look down the filler hole for sludge. It's also a good idea to change the PCV, it may be plugged along with the hose.
