Stab in the dark really. But doesn't sound like rod knock, sounds more like its coming from the head. Valve, camshaft ..etc. I would pull the valve cover and inspect for anything obvious. (Shavings, scorching etc. You might be able to take the oil cap off and notice a change in sound, or be able to better identify where its coming from. Might shoot oil out the hole in the valve cover when you run it though. Whats your oil pressure and oil weight? Shavings in the filters or when you drained the oil?

Clean engine though.

Sounds like the timing chain is hitting the guides. Hard to say for sure from the video though. This is a common problem. Search 240sx timing chain guide removal for info on how to remove them. Is the sound concentrated at the front of the valve over?

The head was just rebuilt buy a shop, and set for the new cams. New timing set/guides/tensioners. The cam lobes look good, no scorching or scaring. I did notice the underside of the valve cover had fresh metal shaved right above the cam gears. I put on the upper guide to see if the noise would change, but it didn't help. There is a ton of metal shavings on my oil drain plug. I started the engine with the valve cover loose, and oil was shooting oil everywhere.

lol you started it with the valve cover loose??

Wow, you need to take it back to that shop asap. Quicker you do that the more chance you will have of saving whatever is slapping around in there.
