Help!!!! Identify connector on s14

So I bought a Rb25 swapped 1997 s14 that was never completed and can’t figure out what this connector is for. It’s on the passenger side where the ecu bolts in at.

Is that on the car harness side or the engine harness side? Cant tell from the pic
