Help ID this car

Hi everyone! Need some help from the experts here.

I just won this ebay auction:281118634212

I want to pick the car up this weekend (it's 8 hours away) but I called InfinitiUSA, gave them the VIN number and they tell me this car DOESN"T have the Premium OR Technology packages as it states in the listing! I called the owner and he confirmed. What I don't understand is from the pictures it looks like it has everything in the Premium package...sunroof, buttons on the driver door for memory, bose stereo system (not sure if its 6 or 10 speakers), and rear parking distance sensors.

What am I missing here? Does it have the Premium package? Should I go on with the sale?

Don't take it based on the misrepresentation.

If it sounds too good to be true it usually is.

Keep this in mind if you are going to buy a used vehicle.

It's a off lease vehicle from St. Louis per Autocheck report. I've noticed all the hurricane sandy cars available. I will make sure it has a clear title. I'm not paying them a dime until I check it out in person.

lol, I thought the deal was worth it. Same car with 10k more miles is listed here for 30k. He took off another $750 once I told him about the error. My wife came with and we made a mini vaca out of it. I took it to the Infiniti dealer in Nashville. Inspection was perfect and the said it DEFINITELY had the premium package. Just thought it was weird it's not recorded in Infiniti's records.

yeah thats very wierd... and you were looking at the right stuff to verify prem package from pictures. I'm glad it worked out for you.
