Help ID Clutch interlock relay and switch - Photo of 89 240sx CI Relay

Here's a what I think is the clutch interlock relay on my 89 240SX fastback MT. This guy is right next to my battery compartment on the passenger side front.

I'm trying to track down a starting problem. I'm getting juice coming out of the steering column ignition switch. The black/Yellow wire is giving me 12V in the Start/4 position at the steering column.

I'm getting a 12V reading on the plugs to this relay in the start pos in the photo but no juice at the starter solenoid.

Any body know where the Cluch interlock switch is located?

That is actually the starter relay....

That thread will be a GREAT help to you. The wiring diagram wont be the same (as its for a Q45) but the diagnostic procedures in that thread will help you out.
