Check under your dash. The clutch itself has a lilttle rubber stopper that pushes against the clutch interlock switch. It has a habit of falling out. You can try to fix it for cheap, or just leave it out and have yourself a free kill switch.
As far as the technical goes what you have pictured here is the interlock relay The big plug going into it is coming from ignition to starter, the smaller plug is coming from your clutch interlock switch (and ground) going to ignition.
Go back and retighten your batery connections. Check for corrosion.
