wow...I have nothing more to say. Just wow. Ok seriously, there are a lot of things you will want to do to your car before considering NO2. Look into building up the motor because Nitrous will destroy it if it's not prepared. The more I think about it, I vote you scrap the Nitrous idea all together.

everytime i see someone bitching about MORE POWER i think to myself. "wow, my truck has 150hp and its a pig, yet i could never think of more hp in it cause its perfectly balanced" now think to yourself, did you buy a s13 for its go fast or its ability to tackle the togue better than cars with twice its power? if you want more power sell your 240 and get a mustang. you will make somebody very happy to have a 240 for itself rather than a 240 for what its not.

p.s. ALL CAPS ARE VERY ANNOYING!!!!

They sell nos kits at autozone that you just pour into the gas tank. They don't last as long as the two big bottles that Paul Walker had, but think of it as trial size.

I regret to inform you but i believe that your keyboard is broken,I think its funny when people type in all caps just cause they think it will make people respond faster or something. As for the NOS just get the biggest chrome exhaust you can find and then put a nos tank in the backseat with some hoses going into the seat then everytime your driving with someone just push the a/c button and floor it,Its pretty much the same thing,Just dosnt hurt your engine as bad.Nos is really bad for your car all over i mean do you really want your floorpans falling off?maybe they were made by APC?

I'm thinking he's post whoring to himself. Oh yeah Is the original thread starter is still looking at this thread zerothread/225837. Be warned, you've got a heavy foot kid, I've seen how you drive. You'll blow yourself up, NOS is for the pro's.

Nitrous is a very useful tool, though like handling explosives if you don't know how to handle it you will end up with only 7 fingers left. I don't know why people dog on Nitrous I was building a Ka24de that I was tuning for 400WHP with fast spool up and then use 50 to 75shot for the rest to hit 500whp. I think it makes a good supplement for balancing power except the dead weight added by the bottle. In my case I just wanted to be able to have a little surprise up top but not have to use a HUGE a$$ turbo to get there.

Though I can tell from your post you have to be as new as they get to the car scene. If your even reading this post and are not a fire starter I will tell you this. Buy you a Nitrous Kit made by ZEX. It is as easy as you can get for installing Nitrous and its good for 50hp That should put you close to 200 net hp on a Ka24e. Though those numbers are just a rough estimate probably more like 170 to 180 at the wheel.

ok if u must have nos then i highly recommend u dont do an engine spray set up. get a intercooler spray kit. this wont get u an insane boost but u can have the look for friends and all and if will decrease the temp of air entering ur engine through the front mount intercooler. now from the way ur talkin i figure u have a stock engine and just want nos to look cool but if u do have a front mount the sprayers go on the perimeter of the intercooler and decrease air temp on an average of 20+ degrees......

if u think everything is under control, ur not goin fast enough

wow out of all the posts, i think i've read one helpful one. good job guys.

anyways, back before I had teh RB swap, I got a used NOS single fogger kit. Long story short, it was expensive to run (refilling the bottle every week at $30 bucks a pop was no fun in addition to gas) and did not feel that much faster. you might have fun with a 100hp shot, but thats a little tricker to setup than a 50 shot. My advice is to read all you can on this site (please use the search, most topics have been covered and beaten to death already) and while you are reading up here, start saving for a turbo kit for your KA or some sort of swap. My rb cost 10x more than the nitrous kit, but i'm having a million times more fun with it. plus its more reliable too.
