I have to place an order for my parts by tommorow at 3:30 so I'll have them in time for a race on Tuesday. I'm getting a new catback system and some lowering springs for my 04 Spec V. The choices for suspension are either a Eibach Pro Kit or Sportline kit and for the exhaust either a Greddy Evo, Apexi World Sport, or a Apexi N1. Which on do you think would look/sound the best for my car. I don't want nothing to loud but no to quite either and as far as the suspension goes I don't know if the sportline kit with it's 1.6in drop would be to much or if the Prokit with it's 1in drop would be to little. Also I don't want to compromise the cars everyday driveability. Thanks for your imput.

Have you considered the NISMO catback exhaust? I like how it sounds, looks and performs. As far as the springs go, you have to consider a few things. The more you drop the car, the more the alignment will be out of whack and the harder it will be to get close to specs. Second, you have to take into consideration you current shocks/struts aren't designed for the lower springs. They will work, but how long will they last and how well will the car handle. I'm sure you will be fine as people do it all the time. But most don't considerate the side effects.

Stock Spec struts will survive Pro Kits, but not Sportlines. Unfortunately, Pro Kits are also actually softer than stock springs, they just give you a slightly lower ride.

I have Sportlines and Konis, it's a great setup. Tight, low, but relatively smooth.

As far as exhaust, I personally don't like the sound of any of those all that much (the N1 isn't too bad). NISMO, Stromung, and BRM are the only ones with the lower, throatier tone as opposed to a buzz.
