help i ned idea's !!!!

my RB25 has spark and fuel to the fuel rail but the injectors are not opening could the injectors be bad or is it another problem.i checked for power to the injector harness and i there was .i had my harness done by wiring specialties i am stumped need some out side help or ideas...

there is a fuseable link on the pass side of the engine bay inside the relay box that controls the injectors. check that

sorry it was the white plug off of the ecu i geuss some 89 s13 have no warning light and some do so i had to switch the orange wire to the gray going to the ecu my ecu wasnt picking up the igniton...
