Help, I'm freezing! Air only blows through defroster vents

Lately Ive been using the defroster because my windows have ice in the morning due to the cold. Then I use the heater to keep me warm for a while. The other day i tried switching back to having the air blow through the AC vents to keep me warm but the air only blows through the defroster vents. I click on the appropriate switch and it even lights on and the defroster lights off but it only blows through the defroster vents. I tried the other switches and toggling from hot/cold, but the air continues to blow through the defroster vents only. Any help is appreciated.

I have 90 coupe with AC stuff removed from the engine bay and I have never had this problem before. Thanks.

This happened to me when I had to steal one of the 15A fuses in the kickpanel for something else and the blower motor one is the one that got removed.

There should be two fuses marked for the blower motor, btw.

Thanks. I looked into it but the two fuses are fine. I tried swapping them with spares and I still have the same issue. Anyone else have a suggestion?
