Help! I cant get the lip offf!

hey guys ive got all the bolts off but now i have those 4 things that ure supposed to turn with ure hand, there right by the air ducts theres 2 in each air duct, is there any way i can get them off, by the way is the lip on 95 se

bolts off of what?

If they have a phillips head then unscrew it w/o stripping or if no phillips then you push the center through. Once the center is out you can pry the rest out.

I just got done putting the front end of my '90 back together. I doubt your fasteners are different.

naw i gotta repaint and fix the cracks and its going back on,

Your talking about the wing nuts correct.... I got mine off by hand waiting for the tow guy once, back when I put a chunk of metal L angle through my oil pan.

If you cant do it by hand, use some needle nose or regular pliers, or a slotted screwdriver between the wings. You could even use a punch or a slotted screwdriver and a hammer and get it turning that way...

There are countless ways.

Try some PB blaster on it as well first.
