Help. How to manually close sunroof QX56?

Please help if anyone has advice. I have a 2010 QX56. Sunroof opened now won't close. Had similar problem last year and was told motor was shot but for some reason it opened this week when a friend accidentally pressed button.

well if you cant open or close it but it happened this one time, the motor and/or wiring could be damaged and making perhaps a loose connection.

if you dont hear anything to suggest the roof is trying to operate, it needs to be serviced.
