***help**how to install thowout bearing retainer ring**help***

im having a hard time install my throwout bearing, there is a retianing rinf that holds the shift fork and the bearing carrier together. im having problems putting it in correctly. i can get it on put the two end tabs keep poping off the end of the shift fork and twisting. some has to have put this thing in before i need some advice.
