help!! how do i put 300zx rear axle assembly on 240sx?!

yea, i have a 1990 Nissan 240sx and just bought a 1992 z32 tt i want to put the complete rear axle assembly on my 240sx. I'm planning on dropping my 2jz in soon so i need to know. pics would help a lot...thanks

due firts off, you gotta fab the 300 propeller shaft in, the z32 is waaaaayyyy shorter than the 240, the 240 doesnt have the bone links, so you gotta make the uppers work... its actually too much work... why are you trying to do this anyways....

Agreed! Way too much work. I have a friend with a 600+hp TT Z32 with an S chassis rear sub frame and diff. The r200 can hang.

well i figured i could tap a couple holes n stuff, because i was gonna buy this tt and jus figured a swap rear stuff so ide have the 5-lug and brakes and lsd. but nevermind. you think i should just get a lug conversion, brake upgrades and the lsd outta a 300zx non turbo??

It has been done, but its not worth it. The R200 is tough.

driveshaftshop.com sell's axles good to 1000HP for the R200
