Sports have light colored stiching on the seats and steering wheel,gas/brake pedal covers,19'' 5 spoke rims

you should be tryin to verify if it has navi, that the most important to mi.They all have the display but alot don't have navi

I need something a little more concrete like a model tag on the door. I see there is a RAS warning light on the tachometer gauge above the oil warning light. Maybe this is what I can look for since I can't see the car in person.

Plus wheels can be changed

The best thing to do is to get the VIN and call Infiniti corporate. Give them the VIN and they will confirm the exact model of the car.

Thats what I did, When i purchased mine they had it listed as an "X" model, i confirmed that it was the sport model instead.

The sport model headlights are "blacked out" where the standard models are polished chrome.

Sometimes even the Infiniti dealers make mistakes.

+1 - the only "real" way is through a VIN lookup. Anyone can put the wheels on, etc...
