Help! Horn, radio controls and cruise control problems!!

I was driving my 2001 QX4 on a bumpy road and noticed my airbag light came on! Then realized all the controls in my steering wheel where not working! Checked fuses and found nothing? Anyone have a clue what the problem could be or where I can find an electrical diagram!

After finding an electrical diagram online I think that the problem is the horn relay or the horn circuit! The horn relay is in the electrical box by the air box correct? If so where the hell is the horn circuit? Anyone chime in if they have a clue!

The horn circuit wouldn't mess up the other stuff.

I'm guessing it's something to do with wiring around the steering column because everything that has quit has to do with the steering column.

In the technical manual it said for both the horn and the cruise control in the troubleshooting to check the fuse then the horn relay and finally the horn circuit? I just have no idea where the horn circuit is? I checked the plug in the wheel right after it happened as that was my logical thought as well and it is good to go!
