i just got a 240 not long ago and im not sure on what to do... i was thinking about swapping with a red top but now im leaning towards keeping the Ka and throwing a turbo on later. but i don't know where to start because the swap im gonna need about 4000 and with that much i might as well just rebuild the head by pistons and go from there. my question is what do you think is better to do. and if it s keeping the ka what steps do i do first in order for car to handle power without messing up.

my advice is to use the search button. everything you just asked gets answered pretty much the same way every week.

learn whats involved with a rebuild. then decide if you really have the time and patience to either do it yourself or get somebody else to do it if you have the money. if your leaning towards turbo then move over to the ka-t forum and start reading.

just so you know before i bought my first 240 i read everything i could here and at other forums. i even bought the manual before i bought the car. so go read some more and come back with some specific questions we can help answer for you.
