Help here, Question about seats, just notice

Pretty simple, Do i have two drivers side seats or two passenger side seats. normally the lever to fold seats sits on the sides closest to door. so my question is simple, is one of these seats incorrect?
As you can see i need a drivers seat because of the hole on back rest. so if anyone has one that matches this for sale. hit me up, lets talk. thanks

question for today, do i have two identical seats and one is wrong, if so, i need to correct this?

You have a RHD manually adjusted driver's seat and what can be assumed is a regular passenger seat.
