so did you check to see if the igniter was getting power though?

no i just bought another one for 10 bucks and still didnt work! Im startin to think its somethin on the wiring harness?? bc ive done everything!!

i have one big ?? tho there is a wire its blue with a green line on it and a clip like it plugs into somethin idk! its on attactched to a black thing on the driver side strut tower is. its about 4 inchs long it has wires pluged in and 2 comin out one goes to the emmissions thing that black box under it and idk about the single one??? any clue

hmm, I don't think I have that box but I can check later.

Anywho, you need to make sure that your igniter chip is getting signal/power. It may very well be that your old one was fine it just wasn't getting anything.

k and its gettin power! this is very confusing. im thinkin about just throwin the sohc back in it!

oh and wen u go see if u do can u take a bunch of close pics of ur engine bay like a few near the coil and ect. i just need an idea!!

I never fixed it so i just sold the engine!!!I put my sohc back in for now

huh ok and your sohc works fine? it must be in the wiring from under the dash. what engine harness did you use, and what year was the intake mani off of? we are still trying to fix my buddys. and have been for a long time. thanks

does s14/ s14 KA24DE have this under the dash wiring? I am installing a new one and have just hooked up the ecu, relays and F3 plug.
