HELP HELP! 5 speed swap problems

ok, the swap is done, thankfully, but i can't get my key out of the ignition!! the little button won't click in, help?

Uhhhh try turning the steering wheel a little bit lol. That or you didn't take off the key release mechanism thing. Look where your shifter is and there should be a little gold like piece of linkage that goes under the radio tray area. Mess with that until your key comes out, then zip tie it so it always stays in the position where you can take your key out.

was the swap difficult i am tryin to find another 240 but the first one i bought was already a 5 spd so ive never had to worry about it and theres one for sale near my house but its a auto s13 hatch. is it worth it or should i just try and find one thats already a 5spd
