Help! headlight question (legal situation)

recently i just bought new headlights (ebay headlights cuz im a cheap *** lol)and these things are too bright! i know i'll piss ALOT of ppl of but in regards to it being legal, is it? BUT is it the headlights? for the cheap sleepy eye mod, i cut that "brown" wire for the whole sleepy eye effect. would that affect the highbeams? thanks for your guys' time

are you referring to the H4 housings from ebay? the ones that are $20-30?

in terms of legality, it should be fine. plenty of people i know run that setup with no problem with cops.

yea the cheap H4 ones lol, its just that these are sooo bright haha

they have to have those little nubs on them like the OEM ones to be DOT legal, I know that....beyond that I think I cop can ticket you for them if they are too bright or misaligned anyway...

I dunno my brother put purple bulbs in his mustang to cruise with and he got a warning for improper lighting.they were pretty cool looking though.
